You will apply your understanding of sustainability and data analysis skills to generate insights that drives positive change in companies. You will use data to help inform target setting and prioritisation of actions in areas such as climate change
nature and resource use. With companies facing increasing sustainability disclosure requirements
you will also be supporting clients to prepare data disclosures across a range of environmental topics. As part of a team
our senior analyst will contribute more broadly across projects helping to inform strategy development
policy writing
data collection and reporting across a range of sectors and topics. You will also support work with clients to prepare for compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive including Double Materiality Assessments
disclosure mapping and disclosure preparation. Client project delivery (80%) Supporting and project managing a wide variety of projects across SBTis
corporate carbon footprints
compliance and disclosures including but not limited to SECR and CDP Working with large data sets carrying out data cleansing and analysis Supporting end to end development of Climate Transition Plans Undertaking climate and broader ESG risk assessments Supporting double materiality assessments and preparations for CSRD reporting with a particular focus on climate and environmental topics Confidently presenting to and leading client calls on project scope and deliverables. Fostering client relationships supporting them in their net zero journey. Producing findings reports following research and communicate recommendations to the wider team. Business development (10%) Contributing to BRODIE building and identifying improvements in our service offerings including but limited to nature materiality and disclosures Helping to prepare client proposals including methodology development and case studies Knowledge management and continuous learning (5%) Sharing research and insights with the wider team Preparing presentations

project updates and training What we Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have the desire to be part of a fast-growing company and have a proven track-record of understanding climate and broader environmental impacts in the business sector
and a minimum of two years’ consulting or in house experience. Skills and experience A minimum of two years’ experience as a climate/sustainability analyst Detailed knowledge of issues surrounding climate change
energy
greenhouse gas emissions and sustainability Working knowledge and experience of carbon accounting
carbon measurement techniques and calculation methods for Scopes 1
2 and 3. Excellent data handling skills and advanced knowledge of Excel is essential in this role Familiarity with a range of approaches to target setting including science-based target methodologies
CDP
climate related risk assessment and scenario analysis Familiarity with the recommendations of TCFD and other guiding bodies to help companies manage and prepare against the impact of climate change Experience working with and applying major reporting and disclosure standards (e.g.
TCFD
TNFD
CSRD
etc.) is advantageous. Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously Motivated
